We are delighted to announce that our new complimentary conference App for The European Summit is available for use on iPhones, iPads, Android devices and laptops is now Live!
What’s included in the App?
The App provides a secure area, available only to registered summit attendees, offering easy access to the below features: before, during and after the event:
-Delegate list with networking function
-Speaker list with photos and bios
-Agenda with accurate timings
-Sponsor information pages
-Info page with conference contacts, venue directions, internet codes, etc
Pre – Plan your experience
Using our new networking tool, you will have the opportunity to identify the people you would like to meet and contact them before the event via the messaging system. You may also schedule meetings to take place during the conference.
Please note your email address will not be visible, but fellow attendees can send you messages within the App, and you will receive a notification email. If you would prefer not to be contacted, you may turn the networking function off by logging in to the app and disabling this function.
Keep up to date
You will have instant access to the latest version of the conference program, and be kept up to date by receiving messages from the organizers.
Access the online portal
To access the European Summit internet portal, go to visitors2.eventgenie.com/theeuropeansummit on your tablet, laptop or computer. Here you can upload your photo and bio, amend your profile, and begin networking with the other attendees.
Downloading the App
Before the conference, download the App onto your smartphone or tablet device by simply opening this page on your device and going to showcase2.eventgenie.com/IEMevents. Users who are on Windows Mobile, BlackBerry or any other internet enabled device can go to the mobile web app here: customers2.eventgenie.com/theeuropeansummit.
