Since a fair number of people in the adult entertainment industry already live in Las Vegas, and more are moving there everyday, Myles Shaffer has a friend, Cliff Reay, in Las Vegas who is a licensed Realtor.
Mr. Reay does not deal with apartments, but he handles leases for condos, townhouses and houses. As a licensed Realtor, he can also buy and sell homes as a representative of his clients if necessary.
Myles spoke with Mr. Reay on Thursday afternoon, August 26, 2010. Mr. Reay told Myles that if anybody in the industry is planning to move to Las Vegas, they contact Mr. Reay and let him know that they know Myles and that Myles recommended him, he will, providing they have good enough credit and rental history, pay the application fee for them.
Mr. Reay is a good, honest man. He will work with his client’s best interest in mind and will not cheat them in any way.
Even if anybody who is moving to Las Vegas has already made other arrangements, do others a favor and pass the information along to those in the industry who knows Myles.
