(NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA) — Phase II of the registration for the event has begun. If anyone will not be making it and has not been contacted yet, please contact me and let me know.
If you are still planning to attend you will need to complete Phase II of the registration before being added to the list at the door. Only those that have completed all requirements will be on that list and admitted into the event.
Phase II of the registration includes getting your HIV tests done and forwarding the results to us for verification. Remember to advise your testing facility that you are giving them permission to give Victoria Givens the result information over the phone. If you need any help or have any questions regarding testing, give our office a call so that we may assist you. Test results must be faxed or E-mailed to Victoria Givens Productions as soon as you receive them for verification.
Although you may get your testing at any facility so long as it can be verified, we suggest calling AIM Healthcare for instructions on testing in your area through them. As the deadline for all verifications is October 21st, AIM Healthcare would most likely have the fastest turnaround on testing. Their number is (818) 981-5681. If you do choose to go through AIM, you may also elect for us to pick those results up for you eliminating the need to fax or E-mail those results to us for verification.
If you are traveling from out of state to attend this event, you will also need to forward your confirmation and itinerary from the ticket purchase venue to us. You may also fax this information. The door list is being limited to the first 150 registrants who complete all of the requirements to attend.
Sign in time at the event will be from 6AM until 10AM. The event will then begin at 7AM. The event is being held at VIP Showgirls nightclub. The address is 12147 Victory Blvd. North Hollywood, CA. Burbank would be the closest airport to the event followed by Lax.
You will also need to bring 2 forms of ID to the event as well as your original tests results unless you have gone through AIM Healthcare and elected for us to pick those results up for you. Call for assistance.
