(LAS VEGAS, NV) — A full line up of Vivid Girls will be on hand at the Vivid Entertainment Group booth (#6003) at the Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas on January 8th to 11th to meet fans and help introduce the company’s newest products – the debut of the Vivid Comix series of graphic novels and the introduction of Vivid Sophisticate Premium Hand Made Cigars.
Adult entertainment superstar Tera Patrick makes her debut as a Vivid Girl at AEE, joining Jenna Jameson, Briana Banks, Sunrise Adams, Savanna Samson, Mercedez, Kira Kener and Tawny Roberts. Tera Patrick is a Eurasian beauty who has won numerous honors for her adult film work including the AVN Award for Best New Starlet in 2000 and the Hot d’ or Award for “The Best New American Starlet” at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival.
All of the Vivid Girls will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for pictures with lucky fans among the more than 20,000 expected to converge on Las Vegas in January for the world’s largest gathering of XXX industry moguls, adult merchants and performers.
A highlight of the week is the 2004 AVN Awards to be given out Saturday January 10th at the Venetian Hotel. Vivid has received 71 nominations, the most of any adult producer this year, including Best Film, Best Director for Paul Thomas, Best Actor, three Best Supporting Actress nominations, Best Cinematography, Best Screenplay, Best Editing and multiple nominations for individual sex scenes. More than half of the nominations in the film categories went to Vivid features and the blockbuster film “Heart of Darkness” received 14 nominations, eclipsing any other film. Jenna Jameson co-hosts the show.
Vivid will use the occasion of the AEE to introduce an adults-only comic book series. The 48-page debut issue, Vivid Girls Volume One, features stunning full-color cover art by Dave Nestler and erotic action adventure stories by Steven Grant and Antony (Courtyard) Johnston with original art by Juan Jose (Robocop) Ryp, Marco Turini and Carlos Fernando. AEE will also mark the introduction of the new line of Vivid Sophisticate Premium Hand Made Cigars, which are produced by fine cigar maker Club de Players. Rolled in the Cuban tradition with 100 percent Cuban seed tobacco, they will be sold in gentlemen’s and adult couples clubs, adult retail outlets and via the Internet at Vivid.com/vividcigars. They will be packaged in a glass tube with a four-color, two-sided limited edition mini-poster of a beautiful Vivid Girl encircling each cigar. Tawny Roberts and Sunrise Adams are featured in the first of 16 different poster inserts.
