(HOLLYWOOD, CA) — Award winning adult stars jessica drake and Evan Stone, who are one of the XXX film industry’s leading real-life couples, will host the gala Adult Consumer’s Choice Awards on June 19th at the historic Palace Theatre in Hollywood starting at 8 p.m. The show will honor outstanding adult stars as selected by fans.
drake and Stone will present winners in fourteen separate categories, including Best Breasts-Natural; Best Breasts-Enhanced; World Class Ass and Favorite Fellatio Girl. The event is a joint presentation of adult industry trade authority AVN Media Network, the publisher of Adult Video News magazine, and ASM: Adult Stars Magazine, the popular consumer Internet magazine covering the adult industry.
“This will be a totally new concept with all kinds of wild and crazy categories and a great presentation,” according to Gary Miller, who produces both the Consumer’s Choice Awards and the AVN Awards Show. “Fans can nominate their favorite stars online at AdultAwardsShow.com through May 31st and then cast their final votes during balloting on the Website to be held June 1st to 15th.”
Tickets may be purchased in advance for $40 at AdultAwardsShow.com or by going to AVN1.AVNonline.com/ccawards/tickets.html. Any tickets still available on the day of the event will be $50 at the door.
“We anticipate the tickets will sell quickly,” said Mr. Miller, “so fans should make sure they buy tickets early. There will be hundreds of adult stars and other celebrities on hand, which will be a big crowd draw, plus it is being held the evening before the big Erotica L.A. consumer expo begins at the Los Angeles Convention Center. It’s a very sexy way to start the summer.”
The 2002 Consumer’s Choice Awards ceremony was held at the Blue Note Cafe’/Insomnia in Las Vegas January 10th and attracted a sell-out crowd, lots of media attention, porn stars and other celebrities galore. Among those honored were Jill Kelly, Jewel De’Nyle, Dave Cummings, Nicole Moore, Sean Michaels, Mr. Marcus, Dee, Ken Marcus, John Shin, Angela Summers, Kathy Willets, Flashman, James Bonn, Nikki Steele, Jason Sechrest and Steve Seidman.
