(VAN NUYS, CA) — Wildlife non-exclusive contract performer, Nick Manning, confirmed the rumors to AVN.com on Friday afternoon, that he and fellow Wildlife family member, Shay Sights, were no longer an item, after a relationship that lasted more than two years.
In addition to his interview with AVN, Manning details the cause of the split in the February 2003 issue of Adult Stars Magazine online, for which he pens a monthly column. “Openness was the key to our success and longevity, but recently we decided to go our separate ways,” writes Manning. “Although the openness was a positive in the sense that we were able to fuck everyone and still be happy together, actually thriving on the chaos, in the end that same openness played a significant role in diminishing our true feelings for one and other.”
Manning states that he and Sights parted on amicable terms and that he is looking forward to living the single life. “For me anyway, I am about to indulge and revel in the incessant party that accompanies a single male porn star. Let’s drop some loads!”
Nick Manning was recently honored with the 2003 AVN Award for “Best Male Newcomer.”
Shay Sights has no comment and is not releasing any statement at this time.
