(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Adult entertainment news program, Talking Blue TV, although still strong in ratings up north and New York, has taken a break from it’s series on the adult industry in L.A. after it’s recent battles with Adelphia Cable over "obscene" content. In the meantime, the crew of Talking Blue has started working with another production that will be a co-venture with the number one rated local TV show in San Francisco.

Reality Check, The Video Journal of Underground Culture, will premiere here in Los Angeles cable television, distributed by Scorching Images and the creatives at Talking Blue TV. Talking Blue TV producer Dave Michaels comments: "We were nominated for "BEST OUT OF TOWN TV SERIES" in San Francisco a couple of years ago, and we met up with some fans of our series, who also were the producers and winners of the "BEST LOCAL SERIES" award called Reality Check. We all had some of the same ideas and mutual respect for each other’s shows, that we wanted fans in Los Angeles to see this very cool Rock & Roll series, with a pinch of hot sexy girls thrown in. We notice the rise in popularity with the whole Rock & Porn connection going on, and we dabbled in it with guests like Vince Neil of Motley Crue, Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine and other rockers making appearances on our show, but we were and still are more "Porn Friendly". So we saw Stuttering Danny D’s series Reality Check as the perfect companion piece to our show. You now can see our show with all the porn chicks and then see Reality Check with all the hotties also and the biggest names in Rock in intimate interviews and just hanging out. It was the perfect marriage of shows. This series really does rock!"

Reality Check has had some of the biggest names in Rock appear on the series. Here is just a very small sampling of the performers that will be seen every week now in Los Angeles cable TV: Megadeath, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Rage Against The Machine, Primus, White Zombie, Ice-T, Sugar Ray, Motorhead, KISS, Slayer, Green Day, rare interview footage with the late Joey Ramone of the Ramones and a cool episode with Stutter Danny D interviewing his alter Ego Stuttering John from the Howard Stern Show as well as Fred Norris from the Howard Stern Show.

The new series with be promoted through Talking Blue TV in Los Angeles and will make it’s premiere on AT&T Cable starting on Independence Day, July 4th. It will play every Wednesday night at 11pm. It will also start soon afterwards on Time Warner cable and with luck, Adelphia Cable also. The series also has its share of porn stars and sexy rock groupies showing nudity, but should pass muster with the conservative Aldelphia Cable. Talking Blue’s Dave Michaels says, "We have some plans for Adelphia Cable that will soon make them the laughing stock of the nation if they don’t shape up. And we are just twisted enough to do it." More news on that as it evolves. In the meantime, fans of Talking Blue TV are letting their fans know about a new hit show in L.A. and it’s called Reality Check.
