(LOS ANGELES, CA) — The Los Angeles Erotica Film Festival now has a voice. The “punk rock princess of porno”, Joanna Angel has joined the festival as an official spokesperson.
The diminutive New Yorker lends her dark, seductive appeal to the sexiest film festival in Los Angeles, set for Sept. 15-16 at the popular Knitting Factory in Hollywood, Calif.
“Joanna Angel is the embodiment of what the Los Angles Erotica Film Fest stands for,” Xfanz Managing Director Alan Hawkins said. “Her provocative, artistic and original vision on adult entertainment makes her the ideal spokesperson for our film fest. Joanna was featured in our short to promote the film fest; now we have the pleasure of her continued participation with the film fest.”

As spokesperson, Angel said she hopes to keep the atmosphere as fun as possible.
“A lot of times with film festivals, you get this really pretentious atmosphere,” she said. “Hopefully with me as spokesperson we can avoid that and keep it fun and not a pissing match.”
