(Hollywood, CA) Known for being one of the nicest directors in adult with the foreign crew and the best professionals to work with, multi-award-winning director Marvin Love is one of Aylo’s go-to directors. He’s scored his first directorial award from the AVN Awards, along with multiple scenes he directed for his popular Digital Playground features, which received recognition.
AVN threw a very luxurious, well-attended nominations party at the Avalon nightclub in the heart of Hollywood that featured a star-studded red carpet, an open bar, and tasty snacks. Owner Tony Rios announced the top nominations, along with the 2025 trophy girls and the 2024 MILF Performer of the Year, Penny Barber. This is a big year for Marvin, with his features for Digital Playground, “Payback’s a Bitch” and “Cards on the Table.” AVN has recognized his hard work and nominated him for his first director award. Marvin is up for Best Directing Portfolio – Narrative. Marvin’s scenes also received nominations. “Cards on the Table – Episode 2” with Lilly Bell and Isiah Maxwell snagged a Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene nomination, and “Payback’s a Bitch – Episode 4” with Kira Noir, Ricky Johnson, and Alex Mack received a Best Double-Penetration Sex Scene nom.

The AVN Awards are set to take place on Saturday, January 25th, at the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas.

Known for being one of the nicest directors in adult with the foreign crew and the best professional to work with on your first industry scene, Marvin Love definitely lives up to his name and the fact he calls everyone “My Love.” Currently, Marvin works for Aylo studios Digital Playground, Brazzers, and Twistys and has directed over 270 scenes and five features. In 2024, he won his first industry awards from the AVN Awards for Best Trans Virtual Reality Scene for “Measure Me” from VRB Trans and the TEAs Best VR Scene for “My Slutty Babysitter” from VRB Trans. Marvin has also been nominated for five AVN Awards for Best Directing Portfolio – Narrative and his scenes and eight XBIZ XMAs for his scene work, including his all-star blockbuster features Digital Playground’s “Vigilante City,” “Payback’s a Bitch,” and “Cards on the Table,” and Director of the Year by the Urban X Awards.
Before adult, Marvin worked as a mainstream AD in Hollywood for five years and received his master’s degree in film in 2017 after moving to the US two years prior. He got into the industry by chance when he drove a director to set and helped him with a few errands. After spending time on set, Marvin knew it was the field he wanted to direct.
