A former vice officer for the Columbus Police Department (Ohio) was sentenced to a year and a half in jail after a botched attempt at framing a gentlemen’s club owner by planting cocaine. Steven Rosser, a 19-year veteran for the police force, conspired with others to violate an owner of Dollhouse’s — a strip club in Columbus — civil rights. Per Cleveland.com, court documents and trial testimony reflect Rosser and Co. seized and searched the owner and his car without probable cause and then planted roughly .017 grams of cocaine on the scene.
