Summer is quickly fading, and Halloween is just around the corner and since it’s our favorite holiday we are getting a jump on it, this week we visit the newest Rob Zombie incarnation.
The Munsters (2022), based on the original iconic 1960’s family television sitcom of the same name, this story takes place prior to the events previously adapted in the original series it’s cast includes Jeff Daniel Phillips, Sheri Moon Zombie, Cassandra Peterson, Dee Wallace, Daniel Roebuck as the titular family, along with Sylvester McCoy, Richard Brake and even boasts a special appearance by Butch Patrick in a new role as the Tin Can Man. Patrick who starred as the young Eddie Munster in the original comedy television series will be on RNSU via zoom to talk about his role in the upcoming movie and what’s he’s up to these days.
“I can’t wait to hear what our friend Butch Patrick who starred in the original television series really thinks of the new movie and what he’s been up too these days, he’s a super cool guy! He also has a passion for building drag race car’s and he is a philanthropist who supports the National Suicide Prevention Hotline“.
Also, on deck for Thursday’s talkfest – joining the show live in studio brilliant character actor Daniel Roebuck who’s costars as “The Count” Grandpa Munster, he has been everything from Harrison Ford’s Oscar-winning movie The Fugitive, to the original Final Destination, as well as T.V. series Matlock and Nash Bridges this is his seventh movie for Rob Zombie he’s also appeared in Halloween 1 & 2, 3 From Hell, 31, The Lords of Salem, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto.
The Munsters (2022) written and directed by Rob Zombie is produced by Universal Entertainment and Spook Show International, release date September 27, 2022, so get your popcorn ready folks.
