Currently our lives are a reality altered beyond our control. Here, Wasteland gives us porn that mimics life… at first. This is the story of Dr. Sarah Connor (no relation) played by Sicilia Ricci during the isolation of COVID-19’s new normal. She portrays a good attitude with the sterile aloneness we now know all too well at this point.
Dr. Connor continues to see clients online and her cam shows get steamy. The shows are hot, but the underlying solitude of what life has become is eerily similar to the reality of our quarantined lives.
When her shows go, excuse the expression, VIRAL, Dr. Jack Moriarty, who works for the Surgeon General in Washington, DC, (Colin Rowntree) contacts her, and this is where the story gets interesting.
Rather than continuing with spoilers, suffice it to say that through her in-home virtual assistant device, “Malexa,” she gets slowly manipulated. This story is a must-watch. Just be careful if your virtual assistant says it can see you!
