To Club Owners One and All: My name is Richard Schauseil. I have never used my list of club owners to try to sell clubs. During these truly unprecedented times, policies must change to help the less fortunate in need.
I have fellow club owners in great need and I want to help. I offered 1/3 (33%) of any paid commission donated back to the staff of the sold club. This commission rebate to charity is good until 1/1/21 or could be extended. Please read on.
Some of you know me from my expert witness testimonies bringing the truth about strip clubs into the courts, dispelling the Negative Secondary Effects Doctrine. I did this all over the country to keep clubs open.
Some of you know me because I am a licensed real estate broker and I have brokered the purchase and sale of clubs, maybe even for you.
Some of you know me from Don Waitte’s EXPO in Las Vegas (2 years in New Orleans) that I have had a booth in the trade show since the Turn of the Century.
Some of you don’t know me at all.
I have 3 clubs that the owners are desperate to transfer ownership.
The first 2 clubs are in West Virginia; land, buildings and business. The owner inherited the clubs from the death of his father and did not want them; now with CoVid-19 and being shut down by the government… well you can imagine. Yes there is a bargain waiting for the first person to start negotiations and the seller will be happy to do so.
I have another club in a county in Florida. It is a leasehold but you can purchase for a little over what the 4COP liquor license is worth.
Like I said, I have never used my owner list for the sale of clubs. If you do not want any further solicitations for clubs to buy or to sell, please tell me in an email. If you are interested please tell me in an email. I like simplicity.
