Myles’ Weekend Adventures: “Miss Exotic United States,” “International Explosion,” Owners Expo, ED Award Show, Splash Bash Pool Party/$10,000 Bikini Contest
Bonjour mon amis! Comment ca va? Myles Shaffer here. This column will be about a drive to Sin City and the start of a fun and sexy week. Is anybody now curious enough to read on and learn the details? Good! Then let us get started without any more rigmarole.
Sunday, August 19, started with some last-minute packing and a drive to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Once upon arrival at the Hard Rock, I went inside to do the early registration and pick up my press credentials for the 2018 Exotic Dancer Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo.
To the best of my knowledge, the Exotic Dancer Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo is the only convention, at least in America, that is dedicated to feature entertainers and gentlemen’s clubs in general. Yes, there are other adult orientated conventions, but they are all centered around the adult film industry and the adult film talent.
One other thing I will mention is the fact that the Exotic Dancer Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo is a great, well-planned, and extremely fun event.
After hanging around for a little while to see who I might see, I went to the Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino to check in.
Once my editor-in-chief, Steve Nelson, arrived, he and I went to The Orleans Hotel and Casino for a big bowl of Louisiana Gumbo at Big Al’s Oyster Bar.
Miss Exotic United States Pageant
Once we had finished eating, we returned to Silver Sevens. Steve got some much-needed sleep, and I fired up my car and went to Déjà vu Showgirls to observe the, “Miss Exotic United States Pageant,” and the, “International Explosion.”
The young women involved in the, “Miss Exotic United States Pageant,” in the order in which they performed, were: Cali Marie, Frenchie, Calli Rain, Sam Singh, Jordan James, Cynthia Tazer, Kylie Kamakazi (Kylie put on a very interesting show. During her performance, she swallowed a long sword, did a few magic tricks, did some good work on the pole, and sang, “I Put a Spell on You,” all while dancing and stripping. At one point in her singing of the song, she was several feet up the pole, facing the ceiling, and parallel to the floor, and she never missed a beat. I was especially impressed with Kylie’s performance.), Abby Lane, Stacia Dianna, Ruby Ryder, Destiny B. Wilde, Shay Lynn, Angel Marie (Almost every time I saw Angel during the week, she was dancing. Talk about a young ball of energy!), Lita Von Doom, Lori Lane, Sunny White, Hera Marie, Constance Casanova, Sunnie Knight, Aerial Leigh, and Jade Lette.
International Explosion
The “Miss Exotic United States Pageant,” was followed by the, “International Explosion.”
All of the performers in the, “International Explosion,” this year were from Australia, and they were, in the order of their performances: Ashley Teasedale, Cherry Pop, Charlie Chaser, Gracie Lace, Delilah Daniels, Chloe Rose, and Frenchie. The show closed with a performance by Team Flex, and they were spectacular as usual.
And the winners were: Miss Exotic United States Newcomer of the Year went to Jordan James, Miss Exotic United States Pole Champion Newcomer of the Year was won by Sunny White representing Blush PA, Miss Pole Champion International was taken by Frenchie, Miss Exotic Pole Champion International was won by Cali Marie, Angel Marie took home Miss Exotic Pole Champion North America, Miss Exotic Burlesque went to Kylie Kamakazi (It is my opinion that the award was well deserved.), the Miss Exotic International title went home with Cherry Pop, Charlie Chaser won Miss Exotic North America, Miss Exotic International Entertainer of the Year was won by Ashley Teasedale, Miss Exotic Pole Champion United States went to Jade Lette representing Midnight Express TN, Miss Exotic United States Master Dancer was won by Ms Parker, Delilah Daniels won Miss Exotic International Showgirl of the Year, Miss Exotic United States Second Runner Up went to Ruby Ryder, Miss Exotic United States First Runner Up was won by Aerial Leigh, and this year’s Miss Exotic United States title was won by Shay Lynn.
This year’s pageant was an absolute pleasure to observe, and all of the contestants did a great job of performing. I am most definitely looking forward to next year’s event.
Exotic Dancer Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo
Monday, August 20, was the first day of the Owners Expo Tradeshow.
Some of the people in attendance were: Alexis Amore, Jaded Dawn, Krystal Dawn, Stacia Diana, Bailey Fox, Prinzzess Felicity Jade, Kenna James, Kylie Kamakazi, Naomi Knight, La Hef and The Puerto Rican Princess, Annie Lane, Simone Danalustrous, Shay Lynn, Angel Marie, Hera Marie, Aria Moon, Katie Morgan and Evan Stone, Natasha Nova, Lacy Rain, Ruby Ryder and Phil Jourdan, Katie Sutra, Cynthia Tazer, Jessica Vega, Sunny White, and Destiny B. Wilde.
On this day, there were many vendors in their booths, and wandering around, along with club DJs, managers, executive officers, and owners of course. This held true on the next day also.
Speaking of vendors, I looked for, found, and introduced myself to David Schooley. I then went to find my editor-in-chief, Steve Nelson, and took him to David’s booth and introduced them to each other. After the introductions and exchanging a few pleasantries, David told us everything there was to know about his product, the OneStone Hub.
To learn all about the OneStone Hub product, go to ainews.com/story/24800/ and read the letter to the editor that David sent to Steve.
Tuesday August 21, it was off to the second day of the Owners Expo Tradeshow. (This was the final and shortest day of this year’s tradeshow. The reduced hours were necessary because of the Exotic Dancer Awards Show later that night.)
In addition to the people seen the day before, some of the people in attendance were: Bellzora, Darcie Dolce, photographer Sackie Krikorian, BJ McNaughty, Gia Nova, Brett Rossi, Sam Singh, Lady Sirene, Reya Sunshine, and Lucy L’Vette.
This year’s event had a portable stage and DJ booth sat up in the middle of the Convention Hall. During both afternoons of the tradeshow, a DJ played music while entertainers performed on the stage continuously one after another. Each lady would perform to at least three songs while taking her turn on the stage.
Even though this day was a little bit shorter than the day before, it was another extremely fun day filled with good people and beautiful women. (The reason this day was a bit shorter was to enable the ladies and gentlemen to go to their rooms to take a rest, freshen up, and prepare to attend the awards show later that evening.)
Exotic Dancer Awards Show
Tuesday evening, August 22, the AINews.com editor-in-chief, Steve Nelson, and I were able to attend the Exotic Dancer Awards Show thanks to the generosity of Don Waitt.
The event was hosted by comedienne Jessimae Peluso, and she did a terrific job!
The trophy girls this year were Lady Sirene and Cherry Pop.
Jessimae opened the show with a monologue.
There were some breaks in the award announcements to allow Jessimae to lay some more of her great humor on the audience and also to allow the three finalists for the Overall Feature Entertainer of the Year Award to each perform one of their shows for the attendees.
And these are the 2018 Exotic Dancer Awards Show Winners:

The 2018 Awards Show was another great event, as always, and everybody in attendance had a great, fun, time!
2018 Expo Splash Bash Pool Party/$10,000 Bikini Contest
Wednesday afternoon, August 22, the 2018 Expo Splash Bash Pool Party and $10,000 Bikini Contest was held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s Rehab Pool, and what a great time it was. (There were so many beautiful women wearing various types of bikinis, it was difficult to take it all in!)
Some of the many people in attendance were: Bellzora, Christiana Cinn, Simone Danalustrous, Jaded Dawn, Stacia Diana, Kylie Kamakazi, Aja Marie, Angel Marie, Aria Moon, Reagan Reilly, Destiny B. Wilde, and Shar Zayn.
In regard to the $10,000 bikini contest itself, there were fifty contestants. The contestants were a combination of adult film stars, feature entertainers, club house dancers, and even some ladies who were club staff members.
Eventually, the lineup of fifty women was narrowed down to a total of ten finalists; from that number, the final three were announced. The third-place winner was Karmen, a bartender from Lust Strip Club in Greenville, South Carolina. (Karmen wore an eye-catching Wonder Woman costume.) Feature entertainer Bellzora won the second-place prize while wearing her barely-there bikini. And, the first-place winner was Tiffani representing Bucks Cabaret in Texas. (There are two Bucks Cabarets in Texas, one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth. So, I cannot say which club Tiffani represented. Maybe she was representing both clubs simultaneously.)
This afternoon event was a great way to end this year’s Owners Expo.
The people at Exotic Dancer Publications did an excellent job of putting on another great Owners Expo as they always do. I am looking forward to the 2019 event.
That is a wrap good people. My next article will be about a really nice after party, a side trip to Bakersfield, California, and a beautiful feature dancer. So, be on the lookout for the article and please read it. Until then, everybody stay safe, have a great week, and live life as if there were no tomorrow!
Bonsoir et au revoir,
Myles Shaffer
