Please read below for a little about me.
My name is Richard Schauseil. I started in this Adult Entertainment Industry in 1988 with Luke Lirot and Joe Redner; by appearing in court as an expert witness to give expert testimony; on the hypothesis created by the Courts and used by the government stating that if there is an adult entertainment business in operation that this business would cause devaluating property values to the surrounding properties. This is known as the “Negative Secondary Effects Doctrine” and was being used to ban and close Gentlemen’s Clubs. I personally have researched and prepared detailed reports and have proven this Doctrine as false time and time again and actually testified in over 20 cases by numerous court (Federal and State) appearances around the country. This has caused the cities and counties to give up this claim and it is not used now to close and ban Gentlemen’s Clubs. My efforts and expertise by research and truthful testimony have helped keep clubs open that the government would have shut down.
I am also a regular exhibitor at the Gentlemen’s Club Owners EXPO since 1998 that is held every year in August at Las Vegas, NV (except 2015 and 2016 in New Orleans, LA); now back in Vegas this year 2018 and last year. I am attending as an exhibitor as I have done so many times in the past. The EXPO will be starting on August 20th through the 22nd. I will have a booth (#87) in the Trade Show. Please, I invite you and your guests to stop by my booth and we can discuss the industry, as well as buying and selling clubs; and of course, clubs NOW available for sale and purchase; or your club for sale. The EXPO gives us the rare opportunity to schedule face to face meetings with buyers and sellers.
