Another talent, Harley Raine, has been harassed and robbed, and sends this warning. An unknown person claiming at different times to be Alec Metro, Mr Marcus, and Dick Nasty have tricked her out of content, verbally harassed her and unlawfully and fraudulently stolen her intellectual property, meaning her name.
It started like this: Harley contacted me asking if I knew the whereabouts of Alec Metro. Come to find out she was contacted by someone claiming to be him, but after talking we determined it couldn’t be. Then from different addresses she is contacted by people claiming to be Mr Marcus and Dick Nasty. She found out these emails were fraudulent — too late, however. They evidently got access to her website and stole a large amount of content.
Harley also said, “It turns out [the person(s) claiming to be Mr Marcus and Dick Nasty] have contacted me again, trying to get me to work with him and do scenes for them both, offering me drugs and then started harassing me by text messages. I knew something just wasn’t right… Are these two guys even in Porn anymore?…”
Things like this happen from time to time and talent needs to beware! Always get work through a bonded agent! Be careful of Craig’s List and Sexy Jobs. Watch out for stalkers and people claiming to be someone they are not. When I contact someone I always make it easy for someone to check and make sure they know it’s really me. If someone doesn’t do the same, suspect them!
Harley goes on to say, “I need to actually publish that this is going on for other performers who make their money off their websites and store pages of material we have for sale, and that there are crimes taking place to scam us out of our hard earned money!”
I told Harley I’d publish the story and send it to both AVN and XBIZ as well.
The Mr Marcus impersonator was texting and verbally harassing her from an Oakland, California number: 510-871-6599 and email address of str8shootah99@gmail.com – They did have his photo on the email but now it’s been changed to a car picture.
The person claimed to be Dick Nasty with email address UkrichS@gmail.com, phone number in Agoura Hills, CA, 818-540-1449.
Harley says they somehow hacked her email account and “copied my entire website and is using it as their own and selling merchandise off my image on twitter that is @HarleyRaineFC and they even trademark/Registered my name of Harley Raine!”
There appears to be sufficient nefarious activity to report this fraud to the authorities. I thank Harley Raine for the research and information provided in this story, and MY advice to her is don’t let this get you down, change your passwords, make a comeback, and kick some ass with new content!
