(NEW YORK, NY) — The national feature dancing superteam of Simone DanaLustrous and Lacey Rain are nominated for the 2013 ED Annual Adult Nightclub and Exotic Dancer Awards. DanaLustrous is nominated for Newcomer Feature Entertainer of the Year; Rain is nominated for Entertainer of the Year. The awards will be held August 21 from 8pm – 11pm, at the House of Blues inside the Mandalay Bay Casino and Hotel, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“We’re looking to bring back that fantasy girl to the strip clubs,” says DanaLustrous. “Last year, thousands of American men and women went home with empty wallets and heavy hearts, dissatisfied with their strip club experience. We are looking to bring back the American Dream – in a world full of harsh realities, is it really too much for people to want to be entertained by semi-naked, beautiful, talented women? Lacey and I would love to be those women for you!”

Voting for the 2013 ED Awards will be held online only – fans can go to TheEDAwards.com from Thursday, June 20, through Friday, July 12, to place their vote. There is no charge for voting.
“Vote for us, America – and let’s bring back the American Dream… together,” says Rain, who won the Club Favorite Feature Entertainer of the Year award last year. “You worked hard for that dollar. Don’t you think you should spend it on a woman willing to work just as hard for it as you?”
The superstar team of DanaLustrous and Rain, as the national feature dancing act Skankasaurus Wrecks, will be performing at the official closing night “Specialty Acts Showcase” party at Vegas nightclub Sapphire.
As the only national awards show for the multi-billion-dollar adult nightclub industry, the Annual Adult Nightclub and Exotic Dancer Awards Show is part of the Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo. The award show, dubbed the “Oscars” of the adult nightclub industry, will be returning to the House of Blues for the 16th year in a row. The event honors the best of the best in adult nightclubs, club staff, and feature entertainment.
In keeping with the “Rock the House” theme for this year’s awards show, several rock star special presenters are scheduled to appear, including Vince Neil of Motley Crue, Vinnie Paul of Pantera and Hellyeah, as well as adult performer, reality TV star and drummer for Saigon Kick, Phil Varone.
