Miss Cassie’s Rope Munch Saturday – February 9, 2013 from 12 to 2pm
Part of the on-going series of rope classes as taught on 2nd Saturdays by Lady of Sanctuary and Rope Bunny extraordinaire Miss Cassie at Sanctuary Studios LAX.
We will eat a little, learn a little and tie a lot!
Cost: $10 per person – pizza and sodas will be provided for lunch.
Bring: Rope (recommended, not required)
Wear: Comfortable non-restrictive clothing

Wrestling 101 – Monday, February 11
Welcome to the Wild Wonderful World of Wrestling! Whether you are brand spanking new to the sport, or you have put in your time rolling around the wrestling mat; get ready to have some fun and learn a lot!
This class will prepare you for both competitive and fantasy wrestling. Each class will focus on a selection of moves from the standing position, the top position, and the bottom position. There will also be plenty of time to wrestle around with your partner, and practice the moves that you have both learned.
About the Presenter: Lil Bit has been an active member of the wrestling community for over a decade as both an athlete and a coach. She competed in both High School and College and she has been ranked both nationally and internationally several times. Lil Bit has also coached an all girls high school wrestling team for several years. Lil Bit works as a Professional at Sanctuary Studios LAX where she does private wrestling sessions and classes.
Sanctuary LAX the second Monday of every Month 7-9pm $15 per person, or $20 per couple
*Please try and bring a partner if you can, so that you have the opportunity to wrestle with someone that you feel comfortable with. But if you can’t, don’t sweat it! The girls of Sanctuary are here to help 😛
