(CHATSWORTH, CA) — In an effort to more efficiently handle and distribute tickets to adult industry talent for the 2013 AVN Awards, AVN Media launches an online RSVP system to process requests.
Like previous years, a limited number of talent tickets for the 2013 AVN Awards will be comped-with priority going to nominees, active performers, and Hall of Fame members. With a limited amount of seating available in the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, AVN requires all performers wishing to attend the awards show RSVP at www.AVNAwards.com/talenttickets.
The deadline to submit a ticket request for the 2013 AVN Awards is Jan. 8, 2013 at midnight PST. If a ticket request has been approved, the performer will receive a confirmation email. Awards show ticket reservations are not complete until a confirmation is received.
For talent who miss the RSVP deadline, there will be a signup sheet at the AVN Awards ticket table outside the Joint where they may manually add their names to the request list beginning Wednesday, Jan. 16 and remaining open through Friday, Jan. 18 at 5 p.m. Tickets will then be distributed at noon on Saturday, Jan. 19 to those who’ve registered their names, on a first-come-first-serve basis. These tickets will be standing room only unless any assigned seats have gone unclaimed. No tickets will be distributed after this time.
If a performer’s RSVP is approved, she/he will receive one ticket to the show. Additional tickets for non-talent accompanying performers to the show must be purchased by contacting Bonnie LeBlanc at tickets@avnawards.com.
Note no tickets will be released on site to agents or any other representatives under any circumstances. All talent must come in person and sign for their ticket at the AVN Awards table.
