First, thanks to all for everything you have done to help the opposition to Measure B. This late in the campaign, we are shifting our focus to TV and radio, in order to reach a wide voting base. Radio spots are already being played on the Sound 100.3 and KLOS (and others), and we have TV ads that will be broadcasting over the next 4 days.
The social media effort has definitely made a huge difference – if you Google “Measure B” you will see that we have managed to get AHF off the top page for that search.
Anyway, in case any of you want to be involved in various No on Measure B activities this weekend, there are a couple taking place that you may be interested in:
1) LA Porn Tours has rented a bus and will be touring Hollywood tomorrow with a few dozen adult performers, handing out flyers and spreading the message to voters. Industry members are invited to join the fun, which may include some media opportunities.
2) Deja Vu Showgirls in North Hollywood (7350 Coldwater Canyon) will host an awareness-raising event from noon-4pm on Sunday, with auction, lingerie show and water balloon fight. This event also may have media in attendance. Industry members are invited to drop by and participate in interviews, etc.

The message we’re driving home is that Measure B will cost LA County taxpayers millions to pay for enforcement – that those funds could be better used, and that LA cannot afford “condom police” – that AHF has wasted millions creating this campaign for a problem that does NOT exist. Also, that performer testing works and that performers prefer to have a choice.
Every little thing you do makes a difference. We are hopeful that LA voters are hearing the message and realizing how ridiculous Measure B really is. Thank you for your efforts, and if I can answer any question, please contact me.
