“Get Me Home” is the title track from Irwin’s new solo album, his first since 1991. Besides his Aerosmith work, Irwin has composed, performed on, and produced music with Sting, Bryan Adams, Paul Staley of Kiss, Foreigner, the Scorpions, and “American Idol” veteran Clay Aiken.
