As the number of accusers against John Travolta increases, the first man to claim he suffered from assault, sexual battery and sexual harassment at the hands of the a-list actor has released an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com.
John Doe #1 filed a lawsuit on Monday against John Travolta, complaining that he was in a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel when the pre-arranged massage turned sexually inappropriate for him.
Travolta’s lawyer, the notorious tough Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the accusations from the start, saying they are “fiction” and warning John Doe #1 and his lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, that they would be suing them in return.
