(MIAMI, FL) — Emanon Inc, a management company based in Coral Springs, Florida, has filed a lawsuit against Toccata Inc (aka SegPay). In the legal actions, filed Tuesday 4 of October, in the 17th Circuit Court in Broward County, Florida, Emanon seeks to prove that Toccata has violated the terms of the agreement in which the two companies entered in 2008 and seek payments of an outstanding note payable to Mannejor LTD, a Cyprus incorporated Company.
“As a direct consequence of this lawsuit and effective immediately, Emanon is no longer providing management services to SegPay,” said Bjorn Skarlen, Director of Emanon, in a statement earlier today.
CommerceGate, a well known company in the payment industry, that has provided services to Emanon, is as a result of this dispute, not in any way associated with SegPay anymore.
