About Sunny Lane
Born in Georgia with early aspirations of Olympic figure skating, Sunny Lane has become the quintessential “Girl Next Door”… gone hardcore. After a car accident left her unable to skate, the adorable blonde tried out feature dancing at the suggestion of friends in the NHL. Overnight, Sunny became extremely popular and was later named Deja Vu’s Showgirl of the Year in 2004. After appearing on HBO’s now infamous reality television show ‘Cathouse,’ Playboy soon came calling asked her to appear as a regular on Playboy radio, do various Playboy shows and ultimately appear in Playboy Magazine’s Lingerie Issue. In a whirlwind, Sunny started shooting adult movies (and was recognized immediately for her efforts with 2006 AVN nominations for Best New Starlet and Best Actress for Dark Angels 2 Bloodlines). She has since appeared in over 200 major adult films and won a plethora of awards for her performances, including two AVN awards. After an intimate interview on “ABC News Primetime,” the resulting publicity was immense and she soon made appearances on shows including Geraldo at Large, the Howard Stern Show, E!, Showtime’s Family Business, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and even won Fuse’s “Pants Off Dance Off.” In 2010 she directed her first feature “Strap-on Sunny” for Tom Byron Pictures. She is currently starring in Erica McLean’s controversial food truck feature “The Flying Pink Pig.”
