We’ve got great news! We’ve just been informed that the City of Desert Hot Springs has found that Sea Mountain Inn is legal in every way and that the resort is in total compliance with all city, county and state codes. The resort gives credit to the City Manager Rick Daniels for this decision and if you communicate with Mr. Daniels, it should be with a note of thanks.
However, it is still worth posting a note on the KESQ TV website protesting their ridiculous investigative report. So if you click on the following link you can go to an article by KESQ TV and post a comment in support of personal freedom.

We are hopeful that this decision bodes well for other resorts and clubs around the country who experience discrimination and bias by local zealots.
