Nevada Film Festival Silver Screen Award Winners Announced
Dear Filmmakers and Screenwriters,
First off, if you are receiving this email, congratulations are in order because your film or screenplay has been chosen as a Silver Screen Award Winner at the 2009 Nevada Film Festival. Only a maximum of 10 films in each competitive category were chosen to be honored with this prestigious recognition.
This first year of our festival, we will be screening 20+ films at the event. Unfortunately, it is just not possible to showcase all of the excellent films we received that are worthy of recognition.
Although your film is not an Official Selection and will not be screened publicly at the festival, our judges felt that your film demonstrated standout filmmaking and is deserving of special recognition.
You are invited to accept your award in person at the Closing Night Awards Ceremony to be held at 10:00 PM November 21, 2009 at the at the beautiful ”Rampart Casino at the Resort in Summerlin” in Las Vegas, Nevada (www.rampartcasino.com), also home of JW Marriot Las Vegas hotel.
In addition, you will receive one all-access VIP festival pass to all film screenings, parties, and events, all of which will be held at the Rampart. You can pick up your VIP pass at the festival upon your arrival.
If you plan to attend the festival it is important that you RSVP so that we can have your award ready to present to you at the Closing Awards Ceremony.
The Nevada Film Festival will be held November 20th and 21st, 2009 at the beautiful ”Rampart Casino at the Resort in Summerlin” in Las Vegas, Nevada (www.rampartcasino.com), also home of Jw Marriot Las Vegas hotel. A special hotel discount room rate for attendees of the Nevada Film Festival will be available at the Jw Marriot Las Vegas for only $99 per night. In order to take advantage of the special discount, you must mention the Nevada Film Festival when booking your room.
