Someone just asked where I’ve been the past few months and I told them I’ve been behind a keyboard updating news, fixing software and writing columns, stories, and emails. Times are tough! I’m now editor, writer, photographer, webmaster… I’ve been doing everything myself lately. I do my own busy work, fetch my own mail, I bring me my own coffee… If I was double jointed I’d even have to suck my own dick! By the way, when the economy gets better I’ll be looking for a secretary with really big tits to do those things for me. I take my coffee black, she can swallow the cream!
I get screeners all the time here and some of the movies are awesome! A few, however, are… well, with camera work so bad you would think you were watching TMZ! Shaky, out of focus, quick and blurred movements, random zooms in and out… quality at an all-time low! My official announcement is this: I’m good and cheap, shoot with my own equipment, and available in the Southern California area. You can’t sell crap for long ’til you go out of business! Hire me to do it right. (Yes, I just said the camera work on TMZ is like really bad porn.)
I helped a girl who wanted to sell a shoot to Suicide Girls last month. It was a lovely, dark, Steam Punk-style shoot that went great until I read her their model release she wanted me to sign. It bans her from working with anyone else for 2 years. Just as well – I don’t feel like counter-suing them when they demand I stop taking pictures for Adult Industry News (which their idiotic model release implies they would then own).

Teri Weigel at Spearmint Rhino, Oxnard
I love strip clubs! I could live in one – and in past days practically have! I rarely get out to them lately since Myles Shaffer does such a great job covering the feature circuit for Adult Industry News (AINews.com). I couldn’t resist, however, an invite to show up and get molested by Teri Weigel and some of the house girls at the Spearmint Rhino in Oxnard, California.
Teri always puts on a great interactive show – which means you have a chance of getting pulled up on stage, getting stripped to your underwear and getting groped by Teri during her show! If you hear of Teri featuring in your area see her before she opens a club of her own and quits touring.
Gratuitous Tits
Mammary meat, either gratuitous or inadvertent, will always keep my eyes wide open, and I got a nice eyeful at a Grindhouse tribute to exploitation and indie film legend (and old friend) Sid Haig. Most people know Sid from his more recent role as Captain Spaulding in Rob Zombie’s ”House of 1000 Corpses” and ”The Devil’s Rejects”.
Featured for this event were ”Spider Baby”, 1968 and ”The Big Bird Cage”, 1972. Both films were written and directed by Jack Hill who was also there. Spider Baby was about the last generation of a degenerate, inbred family cursed with a hereditary disease that causes mental regression as they age. The family chauffeur played by Lon Chaney Jr. looks out for them and covers up their murders and rapes. When greedy distant relatives and their lawyer arrive to claim the property, they get raped and murdered and Lon Chaney blows the entire house with everyone in it with stolen dynamite to ”protect the children”. Sid’s character, Ralph, gets to do the raping.
The Big Bird Cage was my favorite because it had tits falling out all over the place! Revolutionary fighters and thieves Blossom (Pam Grier) and boyfriend Django (Sid Haig) aided by a Phillipino revolutionary cult, break into a women’s prison and liberate the half-naked inmates from sadistic gay guards who get raped by the women at the end of the movie. The other undulating eye-candy were Anitra Ford, Candice Roman, Teda Bracci, Karen McKevic, Marissa Delgado, Rizza Fabian and Wendy Green.
2009 XRCO
It was a pretty good show this year. All but a few malcontents were happy because of a coordinated effort between Dominic Acerra, Paul Wilson and myself. I was assigned the door this year because ”I know everybody”, Paul liaised the main hall and Dominic’s domain was the press area. The rules were different than last year’s – which pissed a lot of people off – and everyone who was anyone was allowed to shoot the show from the side of the stage. (Last year there were several voting members of the XRCO who were barred from seeing the show because they had their cameras.) for this year’s winners see the website at XRCO.com.
PAW Carwash
Protecting Adult Welfare had a charity carwash held in the back lot of the Rouge Gentlemens Club in Van Nuys, CA. The ticket to have your car scrubbed by bikini clad babes was $15 and was good to get into the club to get your lap scrubbed by the girls inside – and who doesn’t enjoy a good lapdance?!
Scrubbing down the cars were Anita Blue, Lucky Star, supertanker Elizabeth Starr, Lana Phoenix, Jessica D’Vine, and Amber Peach. Michelle Maylene also attended.
Snookies Comedy Night
Snookies, the only bikini bar in Simi Valley, CA, held a comedy night with catered eats outside on their patio. The event was a night-long raucous of stand up comedians, very beautiful women dancing, food, pool, and booze. Snookies appears to be home for a hefty handful of house dancers who are aspiring actresses. I was almost mobbed by gorgeous girls when I pulled out my camera and they found out who I was. I urge everyone to stop by and see how attractive they are – even before you get drunk – next time you are out that way!
Erotica L.A. 2009
ELA was a bit smaller this year but the enthusiasm and attitudes were great! Though business is suffering and there were a conspicuous absence of many of the companies who were regulars there in the past, where there are tits, the crowds show up, and there were a good number of people who dropped a dollar into the PAW donation jars.
Signing at the PAW booth this year were Minka, Jessica D’Vine, Sasha Brand, Amber Peach, Cara Lott, and Ricki Raxxx.
This year my project was to help Ricki Raxxx. Ricki wrote to me a few months before asking why she wasn’t to be found anywhere on Adult Industry News (AINews.com). I answered, good question, let’s fix that, and I planned out how to get this beautiful, buxom, tattooed, beauty some well-deserved publicity and have her meet some directors from the bigger companies.
I gotta tell ya, Ricki Raxxx is fucking delightful. She has a great personality and an infectious laugh. Between signing at the PAW booth, I introduced her to everyone there and got her interviews in several media outlets.
Then I took her to the afterparty at Kress in Hollywood and it was packed! I had Ricki walk the red carpet and in a moment of spontaneity her boobs popped out! (Look for her boobs in issue 150 of Gent Magazine where she will be on the cover.) the notable girls in the VIP room were Elizabeth Starr, Lori Pleasures and Kitten to name a few. Well, I left my voice at Kress and have yet to have it all come back. Yelling in a club after a day of interviewing and talking at ELA tore my voice up! I hear they carried some girl out on a stretcher after we left, it was a great party!
