(LOS ANGELES, CA) — With the impending release of her hotly-anticipated event picture Operation Tropical Stormy just four weeks away, Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that contract superstar and potential political candidate Stormy Daniels is launching a July listening tour so she may experience firsthand the concerns and thoughts of her fellow Louisianans. These meetings represent critical steps as she explores the very real possibility of running for the United States Senate.

The listening tour is Ms. Daniels’ latest collaboration with her supporters at www.draftstormy.com, who are encouraging her to consider running for the U.S. Senate seat of David Vitter, the embattled Louisiana senator who faces re- election in 2010. No stranger to controversy himself, Vitter became a fixture of the pop culture zeitgeist in 2007 when he was famously implicated in connection with the investigation of infamous ”D.C. Madam” Deborah Jeane Palfrey. The office Stormy may seek has been held by Vitter since 2004.

In response to the efforts to draft her into the 2010 Us Senate Race, Ms. Daniels will appear Wednesday July 1st on Slidell, Louisiana’s Politics with a Punch, hosted by radio personality Jeff Crouere on WGSO 990 Am. The show begins at 8pm, and Stormy’s fellow panelists will include singer, entertainer, and infamous Bill Clinton associate Gennifer Flowers, actor Ken Ferguson, WGNO-TV news anchor Liz Reyes, Publisher Chad Rogers of TheDeadPelican.Com, columnist Chris Rose, and comedian Mike Strecker. This live show will be held at the Cricket Club, located at 2040 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans.

The afternoon of Thursday, July 2nd will see her visiting Barney’s Police and Hunting Supplies (www.mycopshop.com) at 218 Four Park Road in Lafayette (for driving directions, please call 337-896-3667). Stormy will receive a tour of the facilities after speaking to the owner and guests.

The action moves to Shreveport on Friday, July 3rd, where Ms. Daniels will spend the morning at the Southfield Grill, 317 Southfield Road (for more information, call 318-219-4148 or visit www.southfieldgrill.com).

The afternoon will see Stormy fittingly conclude her latest listening tour as a guest of honor at Roosters’ 4th of July Music Fest, Rally, and Poker Run. The star-spangled celebration will start at 3pm, with the Wicked beauty addressing the massive crowds and introducing the bands between 4pm and 5pm. The venue can be reached at 318-878-8778 and is located at 100 Dearman Road in Dehli, Louisiana.

As she takes the crucial next step in exploring a possible run for the United States Senate, there’s never been a more important time than now to show your support for Stormy Daniels. Make today your ”Independence Day,” and join Stormy later this week in Louisiana.
