Lori Lust Agency has amazing new location for rent. Lori Lust’s location is located near all the companies in Chatsworth. This is a 4700 sq foot location with a 500 sq foot glassed atrium inside the house. That’s 5200 square feet of shooting space inside.
On the outside add the 30,000 square foot private backyard with 45 foot pool and that’s a lot of shooting space. It’s so large we will even rent it out for Industry events. We searched for months for this perfect shooter’s house that embraced just about everything that all the companies said that they wanted in a location.
New remodeled location has gated ranch style estate with plenty of parking with driveways and up to 20 cars you can fit. Over 12 shooting locations in one not including the 5 bedrooms.
House has many high ceilings that are up to 25 feet high with skylights. It also has 4 inch crown molding through the entire location. House is quiet with only Lori Lust and Craig Stevens here so no loud noises or interruptions.
