June Summers, a long-haired, beautifully proportioned beauty, has been dancing in clubs since 1991. As a house girl she was put on stage after the feature shows to hold the crowds. She would do duos with features from time to time and one comment she remembers from Anna Malle was, ”These guys don’t deserve this,” because the show they put on was so good. Interactions like this gave June a chance to talk to a lot of girls who told her about featuring.
It was at the Cleveland, Ohio Crazy Horse, a nude club, there where 3 in Cleveland back then. That’s where June met Christopher Eddy. ”He introduced me to a lot of the features,” she says, ”He still roadies and… I would not be a Feature today with out him. All the Features know him…”
That’s where she met both Nikki Knockers and Nina Hartley who said she should give featuring a shot. June wanted to be a ballerina at 5 years old and a soap opera actress at 12. Put them both together with a deep, intense sexuality and the feature dancing idea appealed to her nature. All it took was encouragement from some great features to convince her she would be great at it as well.
June started her career as a feature dancer by calling Eleanor at Universal Theatrical Agency in 1995 and started touring in 1996. I commented on her mouth-watering rack and she said she got her boobs done in 1998.
June had a website back in 1998 that got bought out when she took a break. ”There were scenes where my x-husband and I were the only ones in them. You can find them all over the web now. [On my new site] I will be showing a lot of vintage work that was neglected… That’s why there are pics all over the web with me and the tall red head with tattoos.”
June officially started doing hardcore in January 2007. I asked what she wanted to promote about herself and she told me her website, JuneSummersXXX.com, and exclaimed, ”Porn!” June is really excited about doing scenes. It’s nice to see someone who really likes what they do. I loved the way we talked about doing porn like it was something fun and special – because it is.
Her site will have all of her videos and pictures for everyone to enjoy. She’ll be doing personal scripts that fans can send to her through her site too. She’s already done a shaving cream skit, one out in woods and is enthused about what other ideas her fans can come up with.
Echo Valley introduced her to director Roman Pornanski who shoots for Filmco and now she’s filming for people like Urbano at Channel 69, FYA Independent and other companies. And she’s looking to do more! She has a flair that would go well with some real acting, so I wouldn’t doubt we will be seeing her soon in films from companies like Vivid and Wicked.
I had the sincere pleasure to ”fill in” as male talent when Anton Fury, Editor/Photographer of Gent Magazine, shot June for an issue of Gent back in August 2007. It was a great Boy/Girl scene where Anton got 170 shots off in about 20 minutes. For me it was 20 minutes of pure heaven! At 8 a.m. The next morning June was back 10 minutes early to shoot 2 more sets. She’s professional, pleasant and always beautiful even before makeup!
