V-Chip for Computers is Proposed – Irvine was interviewed by ABC News regarding the Child Safe Viewing Act which was recently passed by the Senate Commerce Committee and asks for the Federal Communications Commission to oversee the development of a super V-chip for computers that could screen Internet content.
