Award Winning Wicked Girl Carmen Hart has put a notch in her resume belt landing the cover of Stiletto Magazine, California’s only statewide adult nightclub publication. “I am so happy to be on the cover for September. I love the magazine,” Carmen was quoted during her interview with Stiletto Editor Dianne Perry. “I know my fans are going to like this layout.”
