(VAN NUYS, CA/HIGHTSTOWN, NJ) — Pleasure Productions, producing and marketing top-quality adult product for more than 20 years, has received five nominations for the 2007 Adult Video News Awards.
“A nomination recognizes everyone involved with the movies for their hard work,” said John Paone, Publicity and Marketing Manager for Pleasure Productions. “Considering that thousands of titles were reviewed for this year’s awards, being selected among the best in any category can be seen as a victory.”
Topping the company’s nom nods this year are two titles in the Best Foreign Feature category – “The Business of Love” and “Blackmail” — both joint ventures with Italian-based Sins Pictures. The two companies also teamed up for “Babes with No Limits,” a candidate for Best Foreign All-sex Series.
“Our partnership with Sins Pictures brought some of Europe’s best hardcore action here to the states in 2006, and you can count on that continuing through 2007,” said Paone.
Pleasure also received nominations for “Babes Ballin’ Boys 14” (Best Specialty release – Fem-Dom Strap-On) and “Black & White Assfault 3” (Best Interracial release).
Winners will be announced at the AVN Awards show, to be held January 13, 2007, at the Mandalay Bay Events Entertainment Center in Las Vegas, NV.
