Inside Lara Roxx is a no holds barred documentary that follows the life of the young woman who was awarded ‘fifteen minutes of fame’ for being the first of several women adult performers to test positive for HIV during the 2004 industry outbreak.
Today, Lara Roxx wants to use her notoriety to advocate for HIV/AIDS public awareness and education in schools. She has also started a foundation to help teenagers and young adults with HIV called the Lara Roxx Foundation.
