Dear friends and supporters,
The preliminary trial scheduled for October 24th has been postponed until November 2nd.
Apparently, the prosecutor asked for the short delay because a relative was injured aboard the ill-fated bus which exploded and burned in Panama City, killing 18 people 2 days ago.
We remain confident that the case will be thrown out when the trial does actually occur.
