(SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — The 27th annual Exotic Erotic Ball and Expo, the internationally acclaimed Celebration of Flesh, Fetish, and Fantasy, and – according to E! Entertainment TV – “The World’s #1 Wildest and Sexiest Party,” comes back to Halloween Weekend. The Ball, which has been titillating San Francisco audiences with stimulating festivities for over a quarter-century, will be held on Saturday Night, October 28, 2006, 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Leading up to the Ball will be the popular Exotic Erotic Expo – a two-day event which begins October 27th at Noon, and runs through the Ball. The Ball has announced that funk-master George Clinton, electro-tech pioneer Thomas Dolby, and hip-hop superstar Too Short will be among the musical performers.
Through its unique combination of masquerade, burlesque, rock concert, and the bizarre – the Exotic Erotic Ball has regaled hundreds of thousands of participants with non-stop adult entertainment of a seemingly limitless variety – live music, top DJs, erotic performers, exotic dancers, wild sideshows, playful interactive fun, theme rooms, visually dazzling sets and backdrops, fantasy halls, BDSM demos, fetish fashions, and all sorts of sexy shenanigans and hilarious hijinks. The event features a plethora of adult stars including Tera Patrick, Violet Blue, and Raquel Devine, and there are always many celebrity guests. There are costume contests with over $10,000 in cash and prizes, and in honor of Halloween, event sponsor Mobile Plastic will award the 2006 Best Costume winner and a guest with the Grand Prize of an all expense paid two hour trip aboard a private luxury jet with the escort of their choice to join the “Mile High Club.”
The two-day Expo features vendors who will showcase the latest in exotic fashion, erotic art, adult products, games, websites, and novelties. The Exotic Erotic Expo is open to the public on Friday, October 27, 2006 from 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. And on Saturday, October 28, 2006, from Noon to 6:00 pm. The Expo will also be open during the Ball for the enjoyment of Ball attendees. Expo activities include panel discussions on First Amendment rights with adult performers, moguls, media, and special guests, wine tastings with adult film stars, a spiritual oasis with psychic readings and massage, body painting, a classic adult cinema, and a human petting zoo. In October of 2005, the Exotic Erotic Expo in San Francisco paid special tribute to Mr. Larry Flynt and presented him with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his tireless fight to protect personal freedom. The 2006 award winner has not been announced.
“The past few years, we held the Ball the week before Halloween, and this year we are pleased to be moving it back to Halloween weekend, where it belongs,” stated founder and Producer Perry Mann. “In honor of the move, I’m pulling out all the stops, bringing back some past favorites and adding some of the top burlesque and fetish performers from Europe.”
“We’ve got a motorcycle caravan coming from NYC, party buses coming from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and for those attending the Expo, we’re even running shuttles from Bart,” added Producer Howard Mauskopf. “We’ve added goodie bags, an amazing series of trapeze acts, and a special exhibit on local erotic art. This is going to be a spectacular show!”
The Ménage à Trois of devilish master of ceremonies Paul Nathan and adult star sidekicks Violet Blue and Raquel Devine will choreograph Main Stage activities while the Burlesque, Fetish, and Bling Bling Stages will provide more specialized entertainment. CBS has called Paul Nathan “sexy, funny, and wicked as sin,” adding “he is like a perverted Ed Sullivan.” Nathan invented several of the Exotic Erotic Ball’s most mischievous, memorable and classic games, including the ‘Erotic Wheel of Fortune,’ ‘spank the Porn Star,’ and ‘Lesbian First Kiss’ – all of which will be brought back for 2006.
As the Ball’s Entertainment Director, Paul Nathan states, “This year, we’re flying in performers from Berlin, London, Japan, and Amsterdam – we’ve got Dutch Playmate and Fetish Model Ancilla Tilia who will perform her internationally-acclaimed erotic shaving show, we’ve got gender bending excitement from Fudgie Frottage, we’re bringing in the Torture King from the Jim Rose Side Show in Vegas and Rebecca from Rebecca’s Rubber Room is joining us from Miami.” Fetish fashion shows include the infamous Dark Garden Corset Show and the Mystic Midway. Adds Nathan, “The Exotic Erotic Ball has never been a passive event.
