(LAS VEGAS, NV) — There is a hidden gem in Las Vegas waiting for its chance to shine!
We have the ultimate estate to facilitate almost any kind of gathering, event, retreat, camp, party, function or vacation rental. This house is very unusual and more importantly very versatile.
The mansion is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. In size. It sits on over an acre of land. In the backyard we have a regulation tennis court, a putting green, several cabanas to lounge the day away, a dance floor, lush landscaping, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and spa with a large rock waterfall. The mansion also has a restroom facility located by the tennis court and offers 100% pure privacy from any or all neighbors or passers-by.
The inside of the house is very unique as well. It features 4 living rooms each complete with a fireplace, there’s a dining room, an indoor swimming pool with a rain feature which can be transformed into a breathtaking adventure under the stars at night (or in the dark).
We also have a large kitchen area, featuring 3 ovens, 2 stove-top ranges, a large sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, 2 dishwashers, two large pantry areas, and a large closet for storage or to keep anything you may need to stock for your event on hand and close-by.
One of the living room/lounge areas has a bar in it as well as a stripper pole for dancing or entertainment. (it can be removed upon request.) We have a projection TV room, with a table and chairs for meetings and a living room with a 300 inch projection TV theater room, with CD and DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms all with king size beds and private bathrooms. The master suite also features a sitting area with a remote control fireplace, tanning bed, an over-sized shower with dual showerheads as well as a sunken Roman tub. Then, there is another half-bathroom in the main part of the house for a total of 3 ½ bathrooms.
Red Rock Mansion also features a special hidden door which leads down to a wine cellar and a poker table for high stakes poker games. Plus, there is a separate large game room with a pool table, neon bar signs, dart board and a 48 inch HDTV Flat Screen TV.
From the game room there is an entrance to a cave which leads under the waterfall and out into the pool, and in it is a hidden grotto with a chaise lounge chair and 2 mini-DVD players mounted in the walls. From there, you can enter another small tunnel into our open-air cave where there is a state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line Jacuzzi, with three waterfalls, 52 massaging jets, a pop-up flat screen TV and DVD player, a CD player and stereo system, totally enclosed for privacy, but open on top to allow for cooling and to see the night sky.
