Advertised as the best porn party ever was the boast made by All Media Play’s Jeff Mullen. The location wasn’t revealed until the day before and it was going to be at Center Studios in Burbank, a 15,000 square foot sound stage used by Superstar Britney Spears and many others.
8:08 Pm: I arrive at the location and it is very close to Burbank Airport or Bob Hope Airport as it is now officially named. Not a bad location for the out of town talent. Only a few workers setting up and some Media hanging around. The weather is chilly so I decide to wait in my car until All Media Play arrives.
8:50 Pm: A Limousine arrives carrying Jeff, Scott, and Shari of All Media Play. Within a few minutes Shari hands out the press passes which will get us All Access to the event and free drinks too. The Media is very happy and await the talent to arrive and walk the Red Carpet out front.
9:09 Pm: The impressive SugarDVD Hummer Limousine arrives with CEO Jax and the SugarDVD girls. One of the main sponsors tonight, SugarDVD is the equivalent of Netflix for Adult DVDs. Other sponsors include Sex Z Pictures, Hustler Video, VCA Pictures, AEBN, SugarDVD, Metro Interactive, Jill Kelly Productions, Xflix, Bad Influence, VVVXXX, Digital Sin, LA Direct Models, Maximum Grind, the Screaming O and X-Play.
9:20 Pm: The Red Carpet begins and it’s a Who’s Who of Adult Entertainment. In order to save time I will say that Jenna Jameson wasn’t in attendance but everyone else you can think of was present including Ron Jeremy.
11:00 Pm: The arrivals begin to slow down so I head inside the party. There are 2 bars serving beer, Jack and Coke, and Kettle One Cranberry. In one corner there is a huge movie screen showing New Sensations’ new film “Dark Angels 2 – Bloodline,” directed by Nic Andrews. On the opposite side there is a Go Go dancer stage plus a huge Dance floor with a live DJ spinning the hottest tunes. There was no smoking inside so many people were outside in the parking lot to get their fix. The place had plenty of space and many ladies got their chance to pose naked for my camera. Everywhere I went there was somebody getting naked. The odd thing about this party was that some of the girls getting naked weren’t even in the porn business.
2:00 Pm: After a few beers and about 200 photos I decided to call it an evening. I would have taken more photos but I ran out of batteries about an hour ago.
The party was even better than advertised by Jeff Mullen. It was the best party that I have ever been to since I got into Porn. It was run very smoothly and everyone that I talked with was having a great time. The only bad thing was that it had to end. Many friends and business partners were made tonight and I can’t wait for the next event. All Media Play has definitely raised the bar on event planning tonight.
