The Mr X Radio Show, a tremendously popular Internet radio sex talk program, has received a “Best Talk Show of 2005” nomination from the Live 365 Internet Radio Network.
The Mr X Radio Show (MrXradio.com), a tremendously popular Internet radio sex talk program, has received a “Best Talk Show of 2005” nomination from the Live 365 (Live365.com) Internet Radio Network. Nominations were accepted from broadcasters and VIP Listeners during the month of March.
Often ridiculed for being outspoken and controversial, Mr X expressed amazement when the nominees were announced. “I am truly amazed that the listeners and the network would recognize a show that is so politically incorrect. I talk about sex and the sexual climate of this country in a very explicit way. It is surprising to me that, given the current stigma associated with sexual freedom in America right now, the listeners and my fellow broadcasters would give me such recognition.”
With his own unique brand of bravado and experience in “The love wars”, Mr X urges his listeners to think outside the bedroom in his twice-weekly radio show. “I tell my listeners to stop allowing society to dictate what is right sexually or how much fun they are allowed to have. The sexually liberated people of the world have as much a right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness as any middle-class churchgoer.”
Listener voting, which concludes Sunday April 17, 2005 at Midnight PST, will determine the winners of each broadcasting award. The Awards presentation will take place at 7:00 Pm April 30, 2005 at the Embassy Suites in Burlingame, California.
