(CHATSWORTH, CA) — While Mitchell Spinelli has attended many AVN Expo’s in his career, the 2005 AVN Expo had special meaning to Mitchell, as he rolled out his new company, Acid Rain Productions. “This show was incredible for me and my company. We really kicked ass! We put a lot of hard work into our first year as well as the show, and it has begun to pay off for us.”
Acid Rain completed a multiple number of deals during the show, but the one that Mitchell is most proud of is his exclusive agreement with European powerhouse distributor Magma, from Germany. “Magma seeked us out and were very excited with what we are doing. I am ecstatic to work with this incredible European distributor.” Magma will distribute all of Acid Rain’s titles in Europe each month, introducing the European market to Acid Rain productions. “This could not have happened for us at a better time,” says Spinelli. Magma’s previous client was Red Light District.
The lovely and talented Jaime Brooks, Lucy Lee, and Alicia Rhodes were bombarded with fans during the show, and had a great time signing for Acid Rain. Alicia Rhodes says of the experience, “The response was amazing! I hope we get a chance to work with Mitchell next year!
The huge Acid Rain banner featuring the new title I Love ’em Asian, which has been announced as the first release in 2005, received a lot of responses from fans, distributors, and everyone else who attended the expo. I Love ’em Asian has an insatiable cast, which includes such talent as Katsumi, Avena Lee, Charmane Starr, Mika Tan, Jayna Oso, and Lacy Tom. The male talent includes Otto Bauer, Alberto Rey, Benjamen Bratt and Lee Stone.
Mitchell is already planning for next year’s AVN Expo. “Look for us in a wonderful 30×30 space in the show, with more talent, more products to promote, and more surprises!”
