The Agents make their money off the Talent – they should treat them like that. Most of those Guys wouldn’t even have a Job if it wasn’t for the Girls. In my time of struggling through Agents I thought – There has to be something better out there, that can’t be it! I’m working too hard to be ripped off and dealing with all this BS!
But the next Agent just had a different catch or was even worse. It made me think, I should just have stayed with the first Agent and dealt with it. But dat ain’t right! I wasn’t happy and my work should make me happy, right? My Agent should make me happy – both sides would get so much more out of it! Time for a Change! I brought my story up to friends and Industry people and they were the ones to tell me, if I wanted this change and a “Healthy Working Environment” I myself should start an Agency –

Also we guarantee that you will be getting paid. If somebody bails out – you get every Penny from us and we’ll take care of it. For the Producers and Companies, there will be a $100 Talent fee for the Girls – the Male Talents on the other Hand won’t cost you any fees but their Rate! We also Guarantee our Talent to be on exact time, to know what job they’ve been booked for and to be prepared and always have a copy of their TEST and IDs.
Their will be a Calendar available on the Website with each Talent’s Schedule for the month, which will be updated hourly, so you can go and see when your favorite is available and book it right there with just a click. You will then receive a confirmation call ASAP.
