(TORONTO, ONTARIO) — The Miss Nude Canada Pageant(tm) is proud to announce that it will be returning to the Speakeasy, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada the week of November 29 through December 04, 2004 to present our 33rd National Finals. We were last at the Speakeasy with our 2002 National Finals.
For the first time in its long history, we are welcoming International Competition for what has been up to now a strictly Canadian event. Some of the finest exotic feature dancers in the history of the Industry participated at some time in their climb to the top in the Miss Nude Canada Pageant(tm) and its preliminaries.
Unlike most other events of this type, we do not restrict our admission to “feature entertainers” we also recruit rookies to the business and even contestants that are not involved in the exotic dance industry at all. Our pageant creates “A level playing field” for all contestants, thereby giving every contestant regardless of their background a fair and equal opportunity to win the title.
We are offering the contestants some powerful opportunities for advancing their careers. Amongst the unique opportunities are included the world famous glamour photographer Shaun Alexander from L.A. (ZoomOnMe.com) who will be flying in from a busy European schedule to work with all the contestants every day of the pageant, doing Test Shoots, advising on makeup plus offering a $10,000.00 US prize to be awarded to several of the deserving contestants.
The other amazing opportunity for our contestants will be the coverage of the last three days of the pageant by Playboy TV’s “Sexcetera”. One of the unique and fabulous prizes that are awarded every year to one of our contestants is a Four Week Working Vacation in South Australia that has been worth up to $50,000.00 to previous winners.
Major magazine coverage will be present, not the least of which will be Cheri Magazine continuing a 20 year tradition of Miss Nude Canada(tm) coverage. Once again the fabulous Bob Ferguson, so well loved and respected by the dancers, will be shooting for Cheri and unique to this year is that a special “Canadian” issue is to be launched around Bob’s coverage of this pageant.
The Speakeasy is a very large, very beautiful, world class establishment located in one of the world’s most beautiful cities that is nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies.
