(LAS VEGAS, NV) — Attendee Advisory! 12th Annual Gentlemen’s Club Owners Expo August 31-September 2, 2004 Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
1) Pre-register now and avoid those long lines! For the first time ever we are doing a special Early Registration meet-and-greet for attendees who have pre-registered so you won’t have to wait in those long lines when the regular registration desk opens. You can now pick up your badges from 3 pm-6 pm on Monday, Aug. 30 at the Expo Registration Desk in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. You can come enjoy a cocktail, pick up your badges and meet other early registrants. (the Expo registration desk opens for on-site registration at 9:30 am on Tuesday, Aug. 31.)
2) The deadline for booking a room at Mandalay Bay at the discounted Expo rate of $145 is fast approaching. You can still book your room after that date, but the room rates will be higher. Call Mandalay Bay Reservations Today at (877) 632-7000 to reserve your room.
Also, when booking your room ask about the special rate for the new luxurious suites in Mandalay Bay’s new tower call The hotel that is conveniently located next to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center (a shorter walk each day!)
3) There will be a special Meet-the-Exhibitors Cocktail Party and Mixer for exhibitors and club owners Thursday afternoon, Sept. 2, from 4-6 pm. Club owners will have just finished their Panel Sessions and after a full day sitting in meetings will be invited to join other attendees and exhibitors across the hall for a cocktail party.
4) If you have not yet ordered your Awards Show tickets for the Thursday night Awards Show and Reception<hosted again by Last Comic Standing’s Rich Vos – please call Teresa Tearno at Ed at (727) 726-3592.
5) While the Expo ends Thursday night, we encourage you to consider staying through the weekend so that you don’t miss the Fan Fair Bikini Contest Friday afternoon (the largest exotic dancer bikini contest in the world) and the two Fan Fair Feature Entertainer Showcases Friday and Saturday nights. In fact, if your club is bringing any entertainers, be sure to enter them in the Bikini Contest for their chance at $20,000 in cash prizes.
