(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Those who attended X-Con this past Sunday were not only delighted by the relaxed atmosphere, but the big named stars and porn legends like Nina Hartley (who was the MC), Sharon Mitchell, Jeannie Pepper and Bill Margold who were there to meet and greet the fans. The event, organized by Layla Jade and Lynn Borman, started at 1 pm and went untill 8 pm and though it thinned out a bit towards the end it enjoyed a constant influx of people.

With the relaxed atmosphere of a Glamourcon and in the lavish booths and rooms of Entertanium, the stars mingled with the fans all throughout the 30,000 sq. feet of the production studio. Many of the girls really took advantage of the sensual sets of beds and couches there.

Some of the other stars attending were Alexis Amore, Carmen Luvana, Cleopatra of the Nile, Butterfly, Pamela Peaks, Kat Kleevage, Julian St. Jox, Victoria Givens, Annie Body, Dick Smothers Jr, Selena Silver, Olivia O’Lovely, Vicky Vogue, the Suckulent Girls, Ami Charms, Kylie Ireland, Diana De Voe, Payson, Amber Rain, Michelle Lay, Mistress Absinthe, Brooke Hunter and Don Hollywood, Kitty (the Asian cutie), Lainey Baron, Cytherea, Stephanie Swift, and newcomer Lucky Chatsworth.

There must have been about twenty guys working security but the crowd didn’t seem to need direction and it was crawling with adult press! Gene Ross from Adult FYI (linked in the box to the right) remarked “The problem is we didn’t start seeing press on this until about two weeks ago – not nearly enough time to get the word out for the first show. But it does have enormous possibilities.”

Companies and professionals represented were AIM Healthcare, John Dragon, Slain Wayne, Red Light District, Adam & Eve, Wankus and Daisy with KSEX Radio, Tommy Gunn, Private Dancer Magazine, Goldie DeWitt of 1Down Magazine, Dennis Hof (owner of the Moonlite Bunnyranch), and more.

John Borman, CEO of Entertanium said, “Fact is, X-Con was a great success from our perspective, it realized its intentions and achieved its goals. The Erotic Art Show, X-Art Gallery was a smashing success occupying over 2000 feet of art by some of the most renown artist in the country. X-Con is a woman driven, woman produced event, for the woman of the Adult industry.”

Although the owners of Entertanium Studios are not total philanthropists, they have a conscience and a community spirit that is known by all those that donated time and effort into making the event what it set out to be.

The charitable contributions made by X-Con advancing woman’s causes and AIM Healthcare, the Inspiration Awards given to the woman leaders in the industry recognizing the contributions benefiting female industry workers, the presence of Nina Hartley acknowledging the effort by creating a program that will be what marks X-Con as a success in the minds of those that care.

Entertanium is booked most days for film shoots allowing the X-Con producers to advance causes dear to them. Over time the monthly event promises to be a place where Fans and their favorite talent will spend the day being entertained and enjoy each other up close and personal.
