For those of you don’t know much of my story, I would encourage you to read my bio – I am not your “typical porn girl”. I am an Australian girl with a university degree in Marine Biology, I am a licensed swim instructor, a certified scuba instructor, an avid sailor, a successful painter, a happy swinger, a sex-lover, and the up and cumming porn star. *smile*
I was born in Switzerland to my Aussie parents; I have lived in Switzerland, New Zealand, the ocean (on a live-a-board sailboat), Australia, Germany, and America. I have traveled the world and have a very clear picture of who I am, what I want, and where I am going. I am not in porn by accident, misfortune, or naive greed- I am here for a reason.

Selena Silver Voted “Best New Starlet 2003” in CAVR Awards:
I only did about 35 scenes in 2003. I didn’t really get serious about the business until about August – so my first big bunch of movies didn’t come out until October. I was too new in 2003 for AVN to notice me (although I am going to So change that in 2004), but I did get nominated for Best New Starlet in both the Rog Awards (RogReviews.com) and the CAVR awards (CAVR.com). I finished 3rd in the Rog Awards; I won in the CAVR awards. Fans are taking notice.
My personal goal in 2004 is as high as it gets: Best New Starlet 2004 in the AVN Awards. It is up to my hard work, top performances, and solid press work to make that happen. I appreciate everything you (either reviewer or press writer) do to make my name known. Thank you for your work. I will try to make yours as easy as possible. *smile*
Selena Silver “Pick of the Week” Porn Reviews on ADT:
I write a weekly porn “Pick of the Week” for AdultDVDTalk.com called “The Inside View”. The review is supposed to be written about a movie that is a) a good movie; and b) a movie whose directors or stars I know and have worked with so I can add an “insiders” flavor.
So far, I have done 22 issues (it is one per week with breaks for holidays, AVN, etc.) Please check out my reviews at AdultDVDTalk.com.

I also host a brand-new, weekly radio show on KSEXradio called “The Inside View” along with my co-host, my husband Kent Silver. It is on every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm. You can listen to the live show, participate in the show chat room, and call the show for free. Members of KSEXradio.com view live streaming video of the show and can watch archived shows.
The show is about sex and porn – both on and off the set from the perspective of someone on the inside. It is a topic and debate show with industry guests.

I opened my Yahoo Group on the last day of June, 2003. Six months later I have 3500+ active members. We have accumulated over 2000 posts to date. I am both excited and humbled that people are following my career so closely. It is so exciting to hear each time they are buying my movies and raving about them.
I do believe that with my open and free group, my response to emails and posts, my active participation on ADT, and my radio show on KSEX – I am establishing a connection with porn fans. I am listening to them, taking their requests, answering their questions. I am in this for the long haul. And, I am a very positive adult industry promoter.
My Yahoo Group has pictures of me (both solos and from the sets), a full database of all of my movies (studio, director, movie, stars, who I worked with, what sexual acts took place in the scene, release date, etc, all my box covers (front and back), links to reviews of all my movies, scene descriptions, and anything the fans want to talk about.
I host a free chat once per month where I bring industry guests (both porn stars and porn directors) to chat with the fans. This chat is now getting hundreds of participants. I have been very flattered by the strong industry participation and support. I encourage you to check one out! You would definitely find lots to write about!
