(HOLLYWOOD, CA) — Leading adult film star Jenna Jameson was honored at the G-Phoria Awards Wednesday night (July 30) for Best Live Action/Voice Performance-Female at an incredible awards ceremony at the Henry Fonda Theater.
She received the award for her performance in RockStar’s best-selling video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Jenna also accepted the award for Video Game of the Year for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Among other winners was actor Ray Liotta for best male action voice.
The awards ceremony was hosted by Jamie Kennedy of JKX: The Jamie Kennedy Experiment on the WB. This event was the culmination of an online balloting process sponsored by G4, a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week television network dedicated to creating a lifestyle brand that is the source of entertainment, news and information about the interactive entertainment industry, including video, computer, online and wireless games. G4 is carried in markets all across the country on Comcast, Insight and At&T Broadband digital cable systems.
“It was an amazing ceremony and I was thrilled to have been chosen, particularly because the fans of the videos made the selection,” said Ms. Jameson. Last year Jenna had characters in the #1 and #2 selling games, Grand Theft Auto and Tony Hawk 4. She is in development on her own video game for release in 2004.
