(BARCELONA, SPAIN) — After celebrating its tenth anniversary, the 11th edition of the Barcelona International Erotic Film Festival (Ficeb) will take place from the 1st to the 5th october in LA Farga de L’Hospitalet.
The Ficeb has only needed ten editions to become an international meeting point for the industry of sex, consumers, professionals and media.
From the beginning, its objectives have remained the same and still prevail:
To dynamize and standardize the sex industry in Spain.
To be a meeting point for the professionals of the sector.
To promote the X films production.
To standardize pornography consuption.
To be a launching pad for actors, actresses.
To stimulate reflection and debate.
To stimulate the erotic art.
To show the novelties of the sex industry
Cinema Festival
It’s one of the cinema for adults festivals that has more repercussion in Europe. Its awards, called Ninfa, have become a quality guarantee. Tha Spanish director Jose’ Luis Garci’a Berlanga is the jury’s president. The jury votes the winners of the 30 awards that are given.
More than eighty films from twenty-six different countries take part in the Official Section. Besides, as a novelty, the Ii Prizes HeatGay will be given during the same ceremony. A special jury has been created for them.
In addition to this, the second edition of the X Shortfilms Festival will also take place during the festival

From its first edition, the Barcelona International Erotic Film Festival has discovered many films for adults stars who have had great success in Spain and abroad. Actresses like Sophie Evans, Celia Blanco, Cynthia Bronx, Sara Bernat, Mari’a de Sa’nchez or Eva Morales, spectacular actors like Toni Ribas, Ramo’n Guevara or Max Corte’s and acclaimed directors such as Conrad Son, Jose’ Mari’a Ponce, Alex Romero or Narci’s Bosch will take part at the festival to show their best. Moreover, visitors will have the opportunity to see Nacho Vidal, the most international spanish penis and other established actors such as Rocco Siffredi, Steve Holmes, Roberto Malone, Silvia Saint, Nina Hartley, Olivia Del Ri’o, Laura Angel, Jessica Stone, Veronica Sullivan, Maika Hammer, Dora Venter, Valeria da Fogo, Bibian Norays, Tabalia Griffin, Carmen or Valery Lords. There will also be erotic shows performed by the best strip-tease artists, such as Chiqui Marti’, Asia and Eva Morales.
Exhibition: Jean Daniel Cadinot the festival will be the opportunity to discover the work as a photographer of the established gay director Jean Daniel Cadinot, known by his audacious and gruesome films. This work will be exhibited for the first time, and after the festival it will be shown in Belgium and France. Even if he is known as a film director, the truth is that the french artist first started making photos in 1972.
Retrospective: Andrew Blake One of the most well-known and prestigious cinema for adults directors will also have his place at the Ficeb. The festival wants to honour the american director Andrew Blake, one of the most innovative of the sector, screening some of his films, as Secrets, the house of dreams or Paris chic.
LA Farga as every year, the festival will take place at LA Farga, the perfect place to forget prejudices and to be informed openly about all the sex industry offer. The best erotic and pornographic shows will be held on the principal stage, with exotic dancers, shows for women with the best streapers, porno couples, lesbian duos and the most gruesome transvestites. Non stop live sex for sixty hours.
The Fetish CafE’ will be the meeting point for those who like the most extreme and special gruesome shows.
Mud Fighting is another classic of the festival. Gruesome and wild boys and girls will challenge the bravest visitors.
As they have been doing those last ten years, the most important Production Companies will present premieres and offer shows, and famous actors and actresses will perform and sign autographs in teir Stands.
And, of course, visitors will find products from the different sectors related to the world of sex and erotism: lingerie and erotic fashion, the latest toys for adults novelties, new Internet technologies, gastronomy, esthetics, comics, literature, etc…
Complementary Activities :
1. Iv Hispanic Webmasters X Conference the Ficeb, aware of the importance of websites in sex industry, organizes the Hispanic Webmaters X Conference, that reaches its fourth edition. The conference is to be a forum, in which professionals share problems and learm from the other’s experiences.
2. Debate From its first edition, it takes place a few days before the festival. In ten years, it has achieved its principal aim: getting together intellectuals, public figures and experts to discuss on subjects related to sex. This year’s subject will be given in September.
3. Gala dinner: The sector event the festival ends with the gala dinner. It will be held the 5th october at the Hotel Barcelo’-Sants. The ceremony awards (Ninfa and Heatgay) will take place during the gala dinner.
Films competing for the Ninfa and Heatgay awards will be shown from the 29th to the 5th october in Sala Roma and Sala X.
