Award winning director Thomas Zupko has decided to let the adult industry and his fans drive right into his psyche by agreeing to write a column for the newly formed opinion column website, InsideTheLair.com.
Thomas Zupko is not your normal adult film director. With such films as the AssClowns series, Shades of Hades, and in the Days of Whore, Thomas Zupko has made a name for himself by pushing the envelope in the adult industry.
Prior to his career in adult filmmaking, Zupko was a writer in New York City, and also managed a string of strip clubs and adult bookstores. In addition, he spent time as a writer and publicist at Arrow Productions. Zupko began directing and making adult movies in 1995, over the years building a body of critically-acclaimed work for such companies as Evil Angel, Extreme Associates, and his own Apocalypse Productions. Currently he is a contract director for Elegant Angel where, he promises, “The best is yet to come.”
Among his many accomplishments, Zupko was nominated for Director of the Year by AVN in 2001, Director of the Year by XRCO in 2001 and 2002, and Director of the Year by the Barcelona Film Festival Awards in 2001.
Zupko’s newest masterpiece, “Flesh Circus”, produced by Patrick Collins and directed by Zupko, is Zupko’s first release for Elegant Angel and hits the streets May the 27th.
