(WESTWOOD, CA) — Adult Film Industry Legend Christy Canyon will sign her recently released autobiography “Lights, Camera, Sex!” at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the UCLA campus in Westwood. She will be appearing from Noon to 4PM on Saturday and Sunday April 26 and 27 at the Golden Apple Booth ( #647 – Zone F – Perloff Quad).
Christy Canyon is an Icon of the Adult Film Industry. She has won multiple Industry awards and is a member of several Halls of Fame. As a contemporary of Ginger Lynn, Ron Jeremy and Traci Lords, she led the way for mainstream recognition of Adult Stars. Although retired from performing, she is still active doing personal appearances and promotions.
“Lights, Camera, Sex!” is Christy’s self-penned autobiography. Rather than use a ghost writer, she took writing classes and did it herself. This honest, candid account of her career gives great incite into her experiences, adventures and motivations. Although filled with photos, the book contains no nudity.
The Los Angeles Times Book Festival is held at the UCLA Campus and is attended by 125,000 people. Admission is free. Because it is an all ages event, Christy will not be selling, nor will she autograph, any adult videos, DVD’s, photos or magazines. Accordingly, attendees should not bring these items.
