(PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL) — Despite all the rumors to the contrary, “Girls Gone Wild”, their crews and representatives were in Panama City for their big Pay Per View last week. They set up shot in a private beach house and were watched non stop by local Panama City authorities.
A lawsuit filed by the parent company of Girls Gone Wild was dropped last week after they had filmed all of their footage and didn’t need to play havoc with the mayor of Panama City Beach anymore. It appears most of the PPV was shot in South Padre, but feeds did come in from Panama City, local authorities must have been watching the PPV because of comments found in the next mornings newspaper of them being confused.
They couldn’t tell what was being filmed locally, or even if it was live. Kudos to Joe Francis and the GGW bunch for a job well done confusing everybody.
Spring Break Girls (SpringBreakState.com) will be updating its site with its images from Spring Break 2003 and content CD ROMs will be available for sale in the coming week.
